This course is designed for 19+ mature learners who already hold a Level 2 or 3 Beauty Therapy qualification and who wish to undertake the Body Massage Module. You will be required to undertake Anatomy and Physiology alongside the Body Massage practical and theory. This will be entirely self study via moodle, our online platform. It is estimated that you will spend 5hours a week studying on top of practical work. It is vital that you have good self discipline and time management skills to be successful on this course. You will study the Level 3 Body Massage Module which consists of both practical and underpinning knowledge as well as Anatomy and Physiology. Please note the Anatomy and Physiology element will be self study. After 5 week teaching period, you will have time to practice at home before returning to college (dates TBC) to undertake practical assessments and to undertake 3 online exams. Upon successful completion of this course you may wish to undertake further Level 3 modules such as Tanning, Single eyelash extensions, Pre-blended Aromatherapy, Swedish Body Massage or Hot Stone Massage.
