MINT believes everyone should have the opportunity to gain paid employment and through its work, aims to help make this happen. Priding itself on offering a unique and flexible service to all young people and employers. It ensures all requirements are met, through a tailor made support system that will be sustainable for as long as necessary. An Employment Job Coach will support the young person and ensure a smooth transition into paid work. This is done on a 1:1 basis which enables an individualised programme for all young people. - CV Writing - Interview Skills - Personal Presentation Skills - Job Searching & Application Forms - Teamwork and Social Skills - Small Group Workshops - Work Experience - Customer Service Skills - Travel Training. Aimed at 16 to 25 year olds. Young people who have a barrier to employment and would need the support of an Employment Job Coach to progress into the world of work. Based off site, in the Forum, Norwich city centre. To work with MINT you need to be referred by a professional organisation/person. Referral forms can be found on the website or by ringing the centre.
