Art

UPDATED 20161108 13:44:28

At Advanced Level students work in projects very similar to GCSE but they research, investigate and analyse their subjects in much greater depth. They are expected to explore their own creativity through the development of ideas and the production of independant artwork that is personal to the student and tackles a range of important issues. If you have a genuine enthusiasm for Art and a commitment to achieving the best you can, we have the ability to support you in your quest for success in this subject. Key Learning: The specification for Advanced Level Art encourages the use of a wide range of contemporary approaches and we regularly have fine art students exploring video, animation and digital media for their expression.
