The Level 3 Technical Certificate is designed to progress you forward from the Level 2 qualification. It will enable you to undertake the Electrical Regulations course (2382-12) and ultimately operate as a self-employed electrician, under one of the electrical quality assurance bodies who administer the safety requirements for the industry. The course runs over four years as part of the Apprenticeship Programme.
