AQA Advanced Subsidiary Level Law

UPDATED 20160318 09:33:20

The first year allows students to develop an understanding of the English legal system and aspects of criminal law and negligence. Whilst studying this exciting subject students will be invited to attend court visits to sample real life cases in order to expand their knowledge and ability to identify legal issues and apply the relevant law to scenarios. Students will be given the opportunity to take part in subject specific work experience. As part of the pathway we organise visits that will enhance their learning, one of which is a visit to the Houses of Parliament.
