This course is aimed at adults that want to work in, or are considering a job in customer service, retail, hospitality or tourism. It will identify what skills are required for this type of work and whether learners have those skills. It will also help learners find out about local employers in the customer service, retail, hospitality and tourism sector. The course will help learners to...... -find out what is involved in working in customer service, retail, hospitality or tourism -identify what skills are needed -look at what skills they already have -develop skills the learners might want for this type of work -learn about and meet local employers -focus on how learners can search for work in this sector The course is one day a week for two weeks.
