IT User Skills

The course is suitable for learners needing to improve their IT skills to gain a job. The course will introduce learners to a number of widely used computer packages and improve their skills and confidence across a number of computer functions. These include using the internet and email, word processing and spreadsheets. The course is practical and hands on, and you will be 'learning by doing', using a computer in a purpose built computer training suite. Successful completion of the course leads to the achievement of the Level 2 Award in IT User Skills.
