Religious Studies (Ethical Philosophy) AL 2-YR

This is an academically demanding course. You will develop philosophical skills as you explore questions such as, are religion and morality linked? You will also study non-religious ethical theories such as utilitarianism and cover topics from the philosophy of religion including The Design Argument for the Existence of God and The Problem of Evil and Suffering. You will also study Christianity in depth. You will need to read long pieces of complex material, use technical terms and be prepared to regularly write detailed essays.
