We live in a colourful and decorated environment. This course gives you the opportunity to explore colour, pattern and texture through printed, dyed and constructed textiles. This course is Art Textiles without fashion. Many students progress go on to a Foundation course in Art and Design and then a degree in a related field. Some students go directly on to a degree in Textiles or a Fashion-related course. Two units are taken at AS: a coursework research project and a five hour test under exam conditions.
