IT - BTEC L3 90-Credit Diploma

Information Technology is a practical subject and the BTEC in IT approaches the subject in a practical way using real-life situations as a basis for learning. It will ensure you understand personal attributes valued by employers and learn to use IT to communicate effectively. You will learn the skills necessary to become an IT professional, including setting up and maintaining computer systems and using appropriate business, multimedia, web authoring and programming software. The Level 3 BTEC 90-credit Diploma is studied for three blocks and is equivalent to 1.5 A levels and successful completion can lead to progression on to the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma.
