Discover the South London Botanical Institute - a hidden treasure

A day of botanical discovery and enjoyment at the 100-year-old Botanical Institute in Tulse Hill. Behind the scenes access to the unique herbarium of dried plants, hands-on use of microscopes and exploration of the garden and library treasures. NOTE: This course will be held at South London Botanical Institute,323, Norwood Road, Tulse Hill, London SE24 9AQ Nearest station - overground Tulse Hill (5 mins walk) buses 68, 322 and 468 pass the Institute. Access arrangements: Wheelchair access can be gained straight into the garden at the rear, but to get into the house there is one step up via the side access which if suitable, the visitor can, with help up the step in the wheelchair, easily access the ground floor of the building where all the rest of the facilities are based.
