Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) has two major goals: acceptance of experience that is out of personal control and taking committed action towards living a valued life. Explore this mindfulness based approach through practice, theory and discussion in relation to personal and professional issues. This course is aimed at counsellors, other helping professionals and trainees.
