Course Content:This course will cover all sections within the Construction skills certification scheme for operatives (only) and will give qualified operatives the confidence to complete the test successfully to then apply for the CSCS card (2 day course). You will be given a book and disc and work through the operative sections over 2 days (wed + thurs) and sit the test at a local test centre on the Friday. For new entrants to the industry, part of the course will include Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment (4 day course). This will allow those who have not previously held a CSCS card to apply for the Green Labourer card.Length:4 days for new applicants, refresher training 2 days.Additional Expenses:Learners will be responsible for paying and sending off for the CSCS Card.
