You will study a variety of units and gain knowledge about electrical installation. You will also build on your practical skills, along with learning about basic inspecting and testing.Teaching will be conducted in both classrooms and workshops and you will undertake short written assignments and carry out practical installations. Attendance in the College is around 15 hours per week. It is expected that time is spent on assignments, research and homework outside of timetabled classes.This programme is designed for individuals who wish to become electricians. Upon successful completion of the programme, you could progress to Level 3 Electrical Installation or an Electrical Installation Apprenticeship.
