This course gives students an understanding in how to make the most from social media in order to build a network of followers and for business branding. Topics also include the most common pitfalls and how to use third-party tools to manage your profiles. A better understanding of the protocols behind social media and how you can make yourself stand out from the crowd whether for business or for personal pleasure. The Improvers course is designed as a follow on from the Beginners course and will give learners the opportunity to build on their knowledge gained and develop their use of social media. A College Certificate will be awarded upon request after successful completion of the course.You will learn through demonstrations, discussions and practical tasks.Students on the Beginners course are encouraged to continue on to the Improvers course. Other business related and marketing courses are offered by college.
