Level 2 Award in Circuit Training (CYQ)

This course will include the organising, planning and teaching of various types of circuit classes within the gym and other environments. The course will include circuit training workouts, approaches to circuit training, safety and screening, exercise techniques and customer service.A mix of theory and practical sessions including role play simulation will be used throughout the course.This qualification can lead to a career in the Exercise & Fitness industry, with a view to working as a Circuit Instructor. Students may progress to a variety of advanced training opportunities including; Personal Trainer (Level 3), Weight Management , Exercise to Music, Antenatal and Postnatal and various coaching qualifications.
