Spoken French - Improvers

Come and develop your speaking and listening skills in a friendly relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of opportunity to practice and brush up the French you'd like to use again. This course is suitable for learners at improver or lower intermediate levels. Consolidate your speaking and listening skills and improve your accent and fluency by practising straightforward conversations. You will be able to take part in everyday exchanges, using simple but broadly correct grammar and common vocabulary. Topics will be agreed by mutual consent with the tutor, but might include descriptions of people, places and events; conversations about friends and family;  your routine and interests. You will also practice expressing past, present and future events, such as places you went to, are going to or will visit;  activities you did, are going to do or will do . Attention will be paid to pronunciation and practice in improving clarity of speech. Activities will be directed and include time for repetition and consolidation of exchanges.
