Bring a new dimension to your art by exploring the technique of collage and the effects that can be achieved by using different materials together. Create either a visual art project or use the technique in a Decoupage project. Experienced learners will also have the possibility of working on Drawing and Painting projects. This course is suitable for all levels with an interest in making art and in exploring new ways of generating ideas from working with various materials. A collage is a work of art composed of various materials, such as paper, newsprint, photographs, ribbons or everyday small objects attached to background. From the French word coller, meaning to glue, the collage allows you to experiment with a wide range of materials. On this course, you will create one or more piece(s) under the guidance of our expert tutor.Exisiting or experienced learners will also be encouraged to use one or more Drawing and Painting medium to explore the effects further.
