This course consists of practical tasks with theoretical study. Specific units you will study include: Health, Safety and Welfare in Construction and Associated Industries; Understanding Information, Quantities and Communication with others; and Understanding Construction Technology. You will learn how to set out masonry structures, construct masonry cladding, build cavity walling forming masonry structures, and form solid walling incorporating isolated and attached piers.
