'Yoga' means 'union' and works towards a healthy body and calm mind. The practice of yoga can bring balance and harmony into our daily lives. This course will include postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation. You will be encouraged to work at your own pace with the guidance of the tutor. It is advisable not to have a heavy meal less than two hours before class.
