The Level 2 Apprenticeship in Retail Skills offers a wide range of units to support those working in a retail setting. The apprenticeship includes aspects of sales,customer support and stock control. It will include both a knowledge and a competence qualification,functional maths and English at L1,employee rights and responsibilities and personal learning and thinking skills.
