Bring along a fruit cake and spend a fun day learning how to marzipan, ice and make sugar decorations. The cost of consumables for this workshop is approximately £20 as you have to bring your fruit cake, marzipan, icing and board. The tutor will bring along cutters to inspire you in producing an edible masterpiece. A list of what is required will be sent out prior to the start of the course. This workshop will run for 5 hours with ½ hour for lunch. You will need to provide your own packed lunch. Tea/coffee will be provided.
