You will study many of the concepts learnt at GCSE, but at a higher level. The course focuses on enabling students to improve their knowledge of Mathematics and understand how to apply it to situations in the real world. In particular, it aims to develop students' understanding and ability to apply mathematics, and consists of four main areas applications of statistics, probability, linear programming, sequences and growth.
