This qualification provides you with the knowledge and skills to support, quality assure and develop assessors, ensuring that standards are maintained to a high level and that learners’ needs are met.   It will provide you with the opportunity to develop and improve your practice as well as to achieve a professional qualification for the role.   The course will be delivered through 1-1 tutorials on a flexible basis to fit in with your needs.  Your Assessor will provide guidance and support to enable you to collect evidence towards the completion of your qualification and will visit you in the workplace every 3-4 weeks to ensure your evidence meets the national standard.  What are the benefits?
