Have you got previous experience of working in the catering and hospitality trade? If so, then this course is aimed at you! It is a progression route from level 2 taking your kitchen skills and techniques to the next level. This course will enhance your CV and make you more employable at a higher level of the kitchen brigade. You will have to have commitment, a passion for food and patience to work with colleagues and supervise them in their work.
