The course is aimed at students who may wish to begin a career in engineering. The course will appeal if you: - are interested in how engineering products are made - are interested in carrying out engineering tasks - wish to keep your career opportunities open. The course is a good introduction to engineering at Level 1 and progression from this course to the Level 2 Diploma is possible if the Level 1 course is successfully completed within the given time frame.
