Craft Catering Foundation Level

This Foundation Level course is aimed at students aged between 16 and 19, who have an interest in the catering industry or wish to acquire skills related to the Hospitality and Catering sector. This course is for students who may have difficulty or need additional learning support. It will help you to develop the knowledge and skills towards independent living and learning and gain an insight about the industry. You are encouraged to learn, develop and practise basic catering and food safety skills and to develop the relevant background knowledge required for employment and/or career progression in the hospitality industry.
