This course is a mixture of theory and practical work related subjects, aimed mostly at 16-19 year olds who are interested in a career in hospitality and events at supervisory or management level. The course will provide you with a very broad knowledge and skills base needed to seek employment and further training in a wide variety of jobs and careers in the hospitality industry, or to progress into higher education.
