UPDATED 20160408 12:54:44

Progression Pathway - Health and Care. This programme is designed for students who are unsure about their future work opportunities, and enables them to experience different subjects in applied areas before deciding on a career or educational pathway. We welcome students with no formal qualifications and varying learning needs who may require additional learning support to complete their studies. Assessments will be completed during interview and induction to identify the most appropriate programme. Central to the course are units designed to develop the personal and social skills of students including the three functional skills of English, Maths and ICT needed for successful entry to all careers. Entry 2, 3 and Level 1 students extend their study by opting for a BTEC Healthcare qualification at either Entry level or level 1.
