This is an exciting one year course that explores techniques across a range of disciplines including theatre film fashion and performance art.The focus of this course is on developing expertise in a variety of fields as you become skilled in using a range of products and designing and creating your own work from photographic makeup to special effects.This course is assessed through a range of methods including practical observations oral questioning exams and portfolio evidence.You will participate in production events to build your level of competence and upon completion can consider progressing into employment in the makeup industry a Foundation Arts Degree at South Devon College or a media makeup degree at university.
