Yoga for Health and Wellbeing

Participate in: Conscious breathing exercises and postures that improve lung capacity, flexibility and glandular/organ function. Discussions that highlight simple nutritional options that support effective digestion of vital vitamins and minerals and learn basic anatomical functions relative to the practical yoga sets, the extent of which will be negotiated with participants during session one. Yoga can also help with managing stress, improve physical and mental health and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
