To discover the story of one major contemporary artist each week. Focus on examples of their work, motivation, influences and cultural context. The artists to be studied are:- Frank Auerbach, Chris Offili, Jenny Saville, Maggie Hambling, and Paula Rego. Sessions will be varied and interactive with extensive use of projected images, video, music, books and some paper reproductions. To enhance gallery visits.
