The aim of this course is to enable you to explore choices in work, education, training, voluntary work and in home life. The course will do this by encouraging the building of self confidence and self esteem through the recognition of your skills, qualities and interests gained from life experience. The course includes topics assertive behaviour, managing stress, how to manage your time effectively, action planning and goal setting YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND ALL SESSIONS"
