Skills for Independence and Work Diploma Entry 2

This is a highly personalised and supportive course for students to begin college life. The focus is on building personal and social, independence and employability skills. Students' programmes include a range of activities. These include vocational sessions; Catering & Hospitality, Motor Vehicle, Floristry, Horticulture, Performance, Art, Sport, Hair & Beauty, and personalised English and maths teaching for students at whatever their presenting level of skills. Students also take part in projects around themes such as Independent Living, Enterprise, Work, Getting Out and About.
