With a wealth of fish virtually on our doorstep, we can make more of this bounty. This course teaches you what to buy, what to look for and how to prepare fish, crustacea and shellfish, turning them into fantastic dishes that will include crab linguine, mussel pilaff, sole with leeks and ginger, sussex smokie ad posh fish cakes. The approximate cost of ingredients to buy will be £8-£12 per week and ingredients will be supplied for the first session. Please bring an apron, tea towel and dish cloth to each session.
