This course is for students who wish to gain employment in the construction industry. This course is suitable for experienced learners who would like a career in the construction industry or who are progressing from Bricklaying Diploma Level 2. You will study the following: * Carry Out Safe Working Practice * Information, Quantities and Communication with Others * Building Methods and Construction Technology * Carry Out Structural and Decorative Brickwork * Repair and Maintain Masonry Structures * Erect Complex Masonry Structures * Analysing the construction industry and Built Environment All LMC students will receive tutorial support. All students aged 16 -19 are required to study functional English and maths qualifications or GCSE maths and English if not already awarded an A*-C in these subjects. Students aged 19+ are strongly encouraged to take relevant maths and English qualifications to support progression into further or higher education, training or employment.
