Including aspects of ICT individuals will develop understanding of how to tailor applications to specific opportunities, and increase the probability of reaching the interview stage. Each person will: · Identify own area of interest based on own interests and skill · Locate different sources of information on employment opportunities · Locate specific vacancies that match own interests and skill · Tailor an application form to a specific vacancy, both online and paper based. · Produce a CV that is tailored to a particular career area · Produce a speculative and CV cover letter that is tailored to specific vacancies · Prepare for interview · Practice interview skills
