This module focuses on developing key and crucial skills and understanding for the workplace around a customer focussed approach and is an important unit for those actively seeking employment.  The sessions will consolidate learning from the Interpersonal skills module and develop a solid understanding of the importance of skills in this area for gaining and retaining employment.
