This multi-skilled construction Apprenticeship will equip you with a broad range of skills and enable you to develop the practical experience and knowledge required for maintenance operations, including Carpentry & Joinery, Brickwork, Painting & Decorating, Plastering and Plumbing. Aimed at people who are working for a construction firm, developing property or working in a general maintenance role, this qualification will equip you with the skills to carry out both interior and exterior property maintenance practices. A combination of workplace and College-based assessment. The apprentice will need to be in employment in the industry
