The main purpose of this challenging course is to develop students’ ability to appreciate the visual world and to respond in a personal and creative way. It encourages students to think and work independently. They are given the opportunity to explore wide-ranging ideas and materials and methods through drawing and painting, sculpture, textiles and mixed media.
