"2 year programme with 1-2 days a week at college. If you are already employed or wish to train on the job, an Apprenticeship will allow you to get qualified, get paid and get a career all in one go! You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have the potential, motivation and commitment needed to gain the high quality skills demanded by business and industry. Although you do not need any formal qualifications to start an Apprenticeship, do not be fooled into thinking they are the easy option. The programme can be demanding, but also very rewarding."
