Do you wish to discover simple and effective ways to manage and reduce stress, anxiety or pain? Improve your focus and concentration at work and home? Discover ways to be more efficient and productive? Improve the quality of your relationships at work and home? Learn quick and easy relaxation and mindfulness techniques to use in the office and at home. Mandy Papas is running a fun and informative course on Mindfulness. Mindfulness is the art of living in the moment and there is growing evidence that the benefits can improve your mental and physical health. Students aged 16 and over who wish to manage pain/ stress/ anxiety, to improve relationships and to improve concentration and focus in their lives. This course is for personal use and is not an accredited training course. To enable the student to understand the principles of mindful living and to incorporate it into their daily lives. A combination of guided mindful meditations, understanding and practising mindfulness techniques and a commitment to daily practise, including keeping a journal of their personal journey.At the first session for health and safety reasons, students will be asked to complete a Consent Form to inform the tutor about what you are hoping to achieve from the course, to advise of any health information the tutor may need to be aware of such as any health issues or medication, history of depression, stress or anxiety.

Entry requirements
