This course is influenced by the Pilates Franklin-Method, and introduces the swiss-american Franklin Method mixed with basic classical Pilates exercises (Roll up-down, rolling like a ball, single leg stretch, criss-cross, teaser, and other exercises). This course will help your body, enhance your general health, bring joy and light heartedness to your daily life. This course is for all ability levels With the help of materials such as small Franklin-balls we learn to improve our balance, relax, tone, strengthen our muscles, organs, joints and bones improving quality of movement and therefore create change for more endurance and energy. - Pilates exercises using the small Franlkin-balls and stretch bands- Moving in a relaxed and efficient way- Deep breathing- Positive creative imagery, integrating mind-body connections- Introduction to the principles of biomechanics- A variety of challenging exercises to help you learn to move more easily- Pilates helps to alleviate back pain
