This a Level 5 qualification aimed at managers, deputies who hold managerial responsibilities within care services for adults such as residential homes, supported living, day services, and community care environments. These roles are likely to include some responsibility for managing activities, people and other resources, information and quality. This qualification replaces the previously accredited level 4 Leadership and Management in Care Services NVQ and level 4 Health and Social Care NVQ.
