Who is the Diploma for? This qualification is for people who provide care in health and social settings such as hospitals and community care environments. It would suit support roles, for example healthcare assistant, healthcare support worker, clinical support worker, therapy assistant/helper, who work alongside Allied Health Professionals such as physiotherapists, radiographers, podiatrists, speech & language therapists, dieticians and occupational therapists. This is a rolling programme. How is the Diploma delivered? This diploma is delivered in the workplace and is assessed by a portfolio of evidence. Evidence to be collected will include: workplace observation, witness testimonies, professional discussion, questions and work products evidence. The assessor will also provide valuable skills training as well as assessment. What are the benefits?
