A Level English Language

If you have a keen interest in how English is used in everyday life, this is the course for you. You will study a wide range of texts from short stories to the language of chat rooms and how males and females speak. You will gain an insight into the changes in English and how children acquire language. You will study a wide range of texts, create your own fiction and non-fiction texts, understand language used in society and research your own language topic. Teaching is varied with study days, visits to the theatre and university master classes.
