This industry recognised study programme will develop your critical thinking and research skills. It also allows unique chances to travel to places within the UK and Europe as part of the course to gain real life experience. Previous trips have been in the UK and included Forbidden Corner, Beamish, Flamingo Land and York Christmas Market. We have close working links with a number of industry organisations, including multiple and independent travel agents, Premier Inn and Durham Tees Valley Airport who allow our students to train with them to gain valuable work experience and employability skills. Previous students who have studied this course have gone on to take job roles as camp counselors at Camp America in North Carolina, become travel agents and arrange travel for local Businesses. Others have gone on to develop their knowledge further at a variety of different Universities.
