Come and learn a wide variety of techniques in various media including pencil pastel oils acrylics and water colour. You will need to bring some painting & drawing equipment with you (see below). However a concise guide to materials for each Topic covered will be handed out during the first session therefore enabling students to spread the cost of the course. Mixed ability classes in which you will be encouraged to build on basic skills through the introduction of a variety of painting & drawing techniques using still life and landscape studies and own source material. A wide variety of techniques in various media including pencil pastel oils or acrylics and water colour. Composition perspective and colour theory will be covered with the emphasis on encouraging the development of an individual style.
