Who is the programme for? If you are looking for a course that offers a wide range of Creative Media Production skills, the BTEC Level1 Diploma will provide an excellent start to your career. The course will involve a great deal of practical work and you will learn about different jobs within the media industries during your projects. This Level 1 course is for students who would like a career in Media Production, but have not yet achieved the entry requirements for a Level 2 course. What does the programme include? The course includes topics such as Video Production and Animation using software programmes on computers but there is also a strong emphasis on creative skills and being able to communicate your ideas in words and pictures.
