The aim of this course is to provide you with the mathematics that you will need to participate in everyday life and the workplace. The course will consist of two lessons per week, with an examination at the end.Functional Skills are practical skills in Mathematics that allow you to work confidently, effectively and independently in life, providing you with the mathematical skills needed to take an active and responsible role in the community, everyday life, the workplace and educational settings.
